Odoo ERP
We implement Odoo so it works in the company's real operation.
First we understand how you work today. From there we configure Odoo, develop whatever is missing, connect your other systems and take care of the infrastructure and its maintenance.
Five services around Odoo
From assessing whether Odoo fits the company to maintaining the server it runs on. Each service can be taken on its own, but the natural order starts with the assessment.
Process assessment
Before talking about modules, we understand how the organization works today and what it needs to solve.
Implementation
Configuration, data migration, training by role and support through the first month-end close.
Custom modules
Whatever Odoo does not cover out of the box gets developed: business logic, reports and automations.
Integrations
We connect Odoo with the e-commerce, electronic invoicing and the systems already in use.
Server maintenance
Verified backups, monitoring and updates on Linux, PostgreSQL and Docker.
First you have to understand the company
Before talking about modules, development or integrations, we map how the organization works today: its processes, the context it operates in, the tools it already uses and what it needs to solve.
If you are evaluating Odoo
We review which processes it could cover out of the box, what would have to be configured or developed, and what effort implementing it involves.
If you already run Odoo
We review what is working, which processes are still outside the system, which integrations are missing and what is worth fixing or improving.
The assessment ends in a decision, not in a report
Orange = what Myok builds. Dashed box = what is better left outside the ERP. With these three routes the implementation is quoted on numbers, not on assumptions.
From configuration to going live
The implementation moves in phases, and each one ends in something reviewable before moving to the next.
Configuration
Company, warehouses, price lists, approval flows and permissions by role, based on the assessment.
Data migration
Customers, suppliers, products, balances and history. They are cleaned, loaded and reviewed before being accepted.
Training by role
Each person learns their part of the system, not the whole system.
Parallel run
A period operating in parallel, with real data, before switching the old system off.
First close
We support the first month-end close, which is where whatever was missing shows up.
What Odoo does not do out of the box, we develop
Odoo covers a lot, but no company fits entirely into the standard. When the difference matters, the answer is not to change how the company works: it is to develop the module.
The business logic
Your own calculations, rules, validations and states, the ones that do not fit any standard flow.
Reports and documents
The formats the company has to deliver, exactly as it has to deliver them.
Automations
The tasks someone repeats by hand every day and that the system can do on its own.
Modules kept separate from the core, versioned and tested in an environment apart from production: that way upgrading Odoo remains possible.
We connect Odoo with what the company already uses
We integrate Odoo with other platforms to reduce manual handoffs of information and keep data connected across systems.
And any other system that offers a way to connect.
If the ERP stops, so does the operation
Beyond implementing the ERP, we maintain the Linux infrastructure it runs on so it keeps working reliably and securely.
Verified backups
Periodic backups, and we check that they can actually be restored. A backup that was never tested is not a backup.
Monitoring
Service, storage, database and critical components, to catch problems in time.
Updates
We test changes and updates in a separate environment before applying them to production.
Infrastructure
Odoo Community on Linux, PostgreSQL and Docker, on your own infrastructure or in the cloud: standard technologies that keep maintenance and migrations straightforward.
Support hours and incident response times are agreed in advance as part of the contracted service.
Let's start by mapping your processes
A first 45-minute meeting to understand how you work today and what you already have running. From there we define the scope of the assessment and its price, in writing.
